Smooches 4 Pooches Annual Charity Event %%page%% %%sep%% %%sitename%%

Every February, we look forward to hosting Smooches 4 Pooches, Fitdog’s annual charity and adoption event. The event raises money for local rescue organizations through a Kissing Booth. Patrons have their photo taken with either their dog or one of the adorable pups up for adoption. Our event also features awesome vendors, human & dog refreshments, raffle prizes, and fun activities for everyone!

Over the years, beneficiaries have included Wags & Walks, Adopt & Shop, and Operation Blankets of Love.

Helping LA’s Animal Community

Los Angeles is home to hundreds of thousands of dogs and cats. Unfortunately, shelters are overcrowded and underfunded. But thanks to the good efforts of local organizations, some pressure is taken off of LA Animal Services, who take in thousands of animals each year.

Organizations such as Operation Blankets of Love disperse important items to shelters, such as food and bedding. Organizations such as Adopt & Shop or Wags & Walks take dogs from the shelters to create space for more animals, increase visibility, and ultimately decrease euthanization rates. Their work has an incredible impact on our communities, so we host this event to show our gratitude.
