Booking Your Holiday Stay
Since Fitdog Club is a boutique facility and we do not overcrowd over the holidays, there are limited overnight spaces available. In order to ensure your dog has a spot, we recommend booking in advance.
- Thanksgiving: 3 to 5 weeks in advance
- Christmas: 6 to 8 weeks in advance
Also during this time, daycare availability is limited. Daycare reservations are highly recommended during the week of Thanksgiving and from Dec 20th to Jan 2nd. Monthly Unlimited Members have a standing reservation for daycare.
If there are no spots available, don’t fret! Ask to be added to our waitlist. Many people cancel or change plans and depending on the dates of your reservation, there is a good chance a spot will open up. Monthly Unlimited Members are granted priority waitlist status.
When dogs are staying with us for longer periods of time, it’s important for us to maintain their grooming routine. Talk to the Front Desk about scheduling your dog’s grooming.
Holiday Booking Policies
We designed our policies to make sure we have as much space available for all of our members and to prevent overbooking. Our goal is for all of our dogs to be comfortable during their stay as they would be on any other day.
50% NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
In order to secure your holiday reservation, a 50% deposit is due the first week of the month prior to the holiday boarding reservation.
48 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be requested 48 hours prior to the first day of your reservation in order to avoid a two night charge. If you cancel prior to the 48 hour cancellation window, 100% of your deposit will become a credit on your account. If you cancel after the 48 hour cancellation window or are a no show, then the cost of two nights of boarding will be deducted from your deposit and the remainder of the deposit will become a credit on your account.
LATE CHECK OUT
Check outs after the 12pm are subject to a $30 late check out fee and is strictly applied. Our check out policy allows us time to disinfect and prepare the overnight areas for new doggy guests.
STAYING PAST RESERVED DATES
Dogs staying past reserved dates are subject to double the nightly rate.
If you need to extend your stay, call us, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if we can not accommodate you, your dog still needs to check-out on the original checkout date. This rule also applies to daycare dogs whose owners do not pick up.

- Excessive amounts of toys

- Bowls (unless slow feeder)
- Check-in: after 7am
- Check-out: before 12pm
- Late checkout fee: $30 (no exceptions)
- Lobby closed: 9pm
- After hours pick-up: By reservation only, until 10pm, $10
- No pick-ups allowed after 10pm (no exceptions)
- Thanksgiving: Closed
- Christmas: Closed
- New Year’s Day: Regular Hours
